1. Check-in / Check-out

Check-out: Before 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
2. Payments
Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.
Payments are processed through secure online platforms or via the booking channel used.
Taxes are included unless otherwise specified by the OTA.
3. Cancellation Policy
Standard Dates
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival (local time, 3:00 PM cut-off).
Cancellations within 48 hours: First night will be charged.
No-show: First night will be charged.
High-Demand Dates (holidays, peak surf season, events)
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival.
Cancellations within 72 hours: First night will be charged.
Non-Refundable Rates
100% charged at booking.
No changes or refunds allowed.
Refunds (if applicable) may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
4. Group Bookings
Reservations of 3 or more beds/rooms may require special conditions.
Cancellation window: 72 hours minimum.
A deposit may be required.
5. House Rules
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
No outside guests allowed in rooms.
No smoking inside rooms or dorms.
Respect shared spaces and other guests.
SurfNest is not a party hostel. We promote a relaxed and respectful atmosphere.
6. Damage Policy
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property.
Charges may apply for:
Lost keys
Broken items
Smoking inside rooms
Excessive cleaning required
